With comings and goings commonplace across the industry, Inspired Entertainment, GambleAware and Low6 are among those to have seen changes to their teams recently.

Inspired Entertainment

Inspired Entertainment has appointed Marilyn Jentzen as Interim CFO and Principal Accounting Officer.

With over three decades of financial and accounting experience, Jentzen will be responsible for the company’s financial policies, managing its finance and accounting functions, and ensuring financial and accounting regulation compliance.

She most recently served as Founder and CEO of Innovative Impact Consulting, and has also worked for Deloitte and Thomson Reuters, as was previously Senior Vice President of Finance for IGT.

Jentzen is replacing Stewart FB Baker, who announced his resignation from the position of CFO and Principal Accounting Officer, effective December 20, 2023. Baker will continue to serve Inspired throughout 2024 to assist with its restatement efforts and ensure a smooth transition.

The company has begun the search for a permanent CFO, recruiting a search firm to assist in the evaluation of internal and external candidates.

Brooks Pierce, President and CEO of Inspired, stated: “We are pleased and fortunate to have a leader of Marilyn’s calibre step into the role of Interim CFO.

“Marilyn is a strategic, results-oriented executive with proven success leading, developing and improving multi-national finance operations at publicly listed companies. She is well-positioned to support the continued execution of our financial priorities while the Board conducts its search for our new CFO.

“I’d like to thank Stewart for his many years of service and contributions to Inspired Entertainment.”
