SOFTSWISS has announced the opening of a new office in Poznan, Poland, to accommodate its growth and tech development capabilities.

The igaming tech supplier’s Polish team accounted for over 450 people in 2023, a 98 per cent increase in comparison to the previous year. The company employs 1,700 people globally.

SOFTSWISS added that the Poznan office, with development centres in Georgia, Malta and Poland, reflects the company’s “commitment to its growth strategy through infrastructure development and tapping into regional talent pools”, alongside a “focus on infrastructure, talent acquisition, and operational efficiency”.

“The opening of a new spacious office in Poznan is an important event in our company’s history, indicating our progress in the right direction of expansion,” commented Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS.

“The Polish legislation has had a favourable effect on the growth of large international IT companies. Here, our employees can feel comfortable in terms of working conditions and the standard of living.

“This enables us to focus on what we are truly professionals in and bring benefit not only to our clients but also to the local market.”

Last month, Max Trafimovich, Chief Commercial Officer at SOFTSWISS, spoke to CasinoBeats about AI, gamification, regulatory trends and what’s in store for the company in 2024.
