Hooters Casino Hotel Las Vegas is to undergo a rebrand, after OYO Hotels and Homes unveiled plans to create its first key flagship property in the city.

Located in close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip on Tropicana Avenue, Highgate are to assume management of the hotel as part of a new partnership, with Paragon Gaming set to continue to operate the casino.

OYO Hotel and Casino will provide 657 rooms across 19 floors and a 35,000 square-foot casino, with the rebrand believed to be taking place next month 

Associated Press reports that OYO and Highgate purchased the property from Junius Real Estate Partners and Trinity Hotel Investors, with terms not disclosed.

Abhinav Sinha, COO and partner of OYO Hotels and Homes USA, explained: “I am really excited to announce the commencement of the OYO’s operations in our newest city – Las Vegas. Set to undergo what is described as “an exciting transformation” that is to be completed this year, OYO is striving to bring its brand to life in one the most recognisable tourist destinations in the world.
