Hard Rock

Hard Rock International is aiming to deliver a continually evolving and superior casino experience for the state of California, as the global brand gets set to welcome its new $440m Sacramento property to its growing stable.

Set for a soft launch at the end of the month, ahead of a grand opening on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November, the entity is aiming to become “the premier gaming destination in Northern California”.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain is to boast 1,587 slot machines and 57 table games, complete with “new to market features,” as the organisation stresses that the casino is “a highly-anticipated hotspot for the region”.

Alongside the property’s gaming facility, the wider resort is to also boast hotel room and suite offerings, food and beverage options and a number of signature brand amenities.

“We plan on delivering a gaming product that is a continually evolving and elevated experience for all of our guests. Not only are we going to open with technology this market has never seen before, we will continue pushing the envelope long into the future,” stated Will Provance, vice president of slot operations at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain

“Between the amazing Hard Rock building, all of the exciting memorabilia, world class service, and cutting edge technology, we’ll make sure our guests are engaged in new ways every time they come to visit.”

Promising to blend “an exciting assortment of new popular table games” alongside those of blackjack, mini-baccarat and roulette, an Aristocrat Lightning Link Lounge is also slated to “take popular slot favourites to another level”.

“The people, the product, the positioning and the process – we nail all four,” added Paul Mollo, vice president of table game operations and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain

Hard Rock is bringing in amazingly friendly, outgoing staff who are going to provide a unique customer service-based experience. The casino will also be introducing games that are fresh to the market and recently-released technologies, that players will have to come experience for themselves.”
