Hero Gaming has announced a deal with customer engagement technology and service provider Fast Track which sees the online operator choose FT CRM to power its player engagement strategy.
Hero Gaming will roll out FT CRM across its portfolio of brands, starting with the recently unveiled Boom Casino, to streamline its player engagement.
Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, said of the link-up: “We are excited to be working with a business that is known for innovation in the player engagement space.
“We believe that FT CRM will bring a great deal of value to the Hero Gaming team and we look forward to establishing a long and successful partnership with them.”
This is the latest company to join the growing list of operators who have switched to Fast Track CRM after it was announced this month that SuprNation, the operator of online casinos, VoodooDreams, NYspins and Duelz, had joined forces with the firm.
The FT CRM solution will allow the operator to engage with its players on all brands in real-time across multiple channels by integrating with both external service providers and SuprNation’s internal systems.
Georg Westin, founder of Hero Gaming, commented on the Fast Track integration. He said: “We can see the value FT CRM will add in streamlining the execution process for our CRM team and allowing them to focus on creative campaigns rather than manual processes.
“Our brands are known for creative player engagement and FT CRM will allow us to achieve even more without needing additional resources.”
This latest announcement follows a bright start to the year for Hero Gaming after it revealed the launch of its brand new product, Boom Casino, at the end of January.
The entity, which follows on from a number of Hero’s successful brands such as Speedy Casino, Speedy Bet and Casino Heroes, launched last month and is available in English, German, Swedish and Finnish under MGA and SGA gaming licences.
