The ComeOn Group has entered a deal with the Canadian Premier League which sees its flagship ComeOn! entity be designated as official sports betting and online casino partner.

Under the terms of the partnership, the ComeOn! logo will be displayed on a CPL Club jersey, which will be revealed soon, starting with the 2021 season.

The CPL, and its exclusive broadcast media partner OneSoccer, will also offer fans the opportunity to catch the ‘ComeOn! Match of the Week’ every Sunday throughout the season.

The agreement, negotiated by Canadian Soccer Business, will have ComeOn! featured prominently in the CPL Predictor game, which allows fans to forecast the action for every match. ComeOn! will be featured in content across OneSoccer CPL match broadcasts and CPL digital channels.

“We are excited to have a partner in the emerging industry of sports betting,” said David Clanachan, commissioner of Canadian Premier League. “We feel this is the next innovative step to help drive fan engagement and participation with our CPL matches. Offering interactive and engaging updates match to match is a great opportunity for fans to stay involved.”

Planned integrations will also include a custom OneSoccer show, titled ‘CPL Week in Review presented by ComeOn!’ every Monday, featuring a wrap-up of each week’s matches, and a look ahead to upcoming fixtures.

In addition, the site will also have a full suite of broadcast assets, enhanced level of broadcast and stadium signage brand integration across each CPL match, and original content and editorial on CanPL channels.

“We are proud and excited to be partnering with the Canadian Premier League. With the calibre of Canadian soccer talent coming through, we have no doubts that the league is going to continue to grow and attract fans not only in Canada, but around the world.” added Berkay Reyhan, chief commercial officer at ComeOn Group.

“Our passion for online entertainment lends itself perfectly to creating fun and engaging experiences for the fans; from match predictors to in-stadium experiences, our goal is to improve the experience for every Canadian Premier League fan.”
