California’s Cache Creek Casino Resort has teamed-up with Quick Customer Intelligence to deploy the group’s slot platform at the property, with installation having been completed and staff fully trained and actively using the tool.
The solution aims to help casino operators develop an understanding of player interaction, which it is hoped will generate more revenue and build comprehensive reporting and analytics.
Cache Creek, owned and operated by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, features more than 600 hotel rooms, thousands of slot machines, hundreds of table games, ten dining experiences, nightlife, spa, and an 18-hole championship golf course
