Symplify updates Responsible Gaming Engine to assure UKGC compliance

Symplify has enhanced its Responsible Gaming Engine to abide by the latest UKGC criteria and ensure that the tool is qualified for the UK market.

With this recent update, the RG Engine is fully compliant with the UK government after meeting the ‘highest technical standards” demanded by the regulatory department.

Josh Tromans-Jones, Chief Innovation Officer at Symplify, stated: “Symplify prides itself on being able to quickly identify responsible gambling behaviours and communicate in a personalised manner that creates safe gaming environments.

Symplify’s responsible engine automates the risk categorisation of players, which forms a “pivotal element” of the company’s CRM ecosystem.

The company aims to keep players aware of their activity with “highly accurate” results achieved by algorithmically analysing deposits, withdrawals and other player actions.

Any necessary warnings or alerts are then sent to “at-risk” players using the brand’s multi-channel send-outs.

“It was important to ensure the RG Engine is qualified for the UK market given its standing within the iGaming landscape,” added Tromans-Jones.

Furthermore, additional protection is provided by exploring session duration, login activity and other responsible gaming factors.

Symplify’s engine works across multiple verticals and aims to “support operators in creating bespoke journeys to automate communication”. The brand has a dedicated RG team available on demand to help optimise the engine when required.

The solution specialist will be showcasing the engine’s latest developments and CRM ecosystem on stands E17 and E21 at SBC Summit Barcelona.
