Chinook Winds Casino Resort deploys QCI gaming platform

Oregon’s Chinook Winds Casino Resort has become the latest casino to team-up with Quick Custom Intelligence, installing the latter’s Unified Gaming Platform at its Lincoln City establishment.

QCI’s highly-configured platform has been established at the Beaver State casino in a bid to align player development, marketing and gaming using “powerful real-time operational tools” designed for the industry.

Commenting on the collaboration, John Wheeler, Interim General Manager at Chinook Winds Casino Resort, stated: “We are excited to partner with QCI. It is important to us to provide our team with the best tools available.

“With the QCI Platform, our team will immediately benefit from a solution that will scale with our efforts to provide a great gaming experience.”

The solution has already been instituted at Chinook Winds, following the training of its marketing, player development and casino operations teams to allow the property to make the best use of the tool.

“We are honoured that Chinook Winds Casino Resort chose to switch to the QCI Platform to help drive their casino revenues and assist with the optimization of their casino floor,” added Dr. Ralph Thomas, CEO of QCI.

“This demonstrates the importance of providing a proven marketing campaign management tool, a highly configurable player development product and effective slot analytics tools, allowing casinos to adjust their product mix without impacting revenues or customer service.”

Other casinos to have recently introduced QCI’s platform to its lobbies include Arizona’s Bluewater Casino and Resort, who described the tool as “the most comprehensive slot analytic solution in the gaming analytics space”.
