Enteractive has vowed to make “a real difference to the bottom line revenues” of NetBet after beginning activity with the operator’s Italian players across the online casino and sports betting segments.

This will see the igaming retention and engagement services provider’s personalised services become “key to optimising” revenue generation  from selected segments of the group’s player base.

Filippo Stotani, NetBet’s country manager for Italy, said: “We work hard to always keep our customers informed about our services, new features and the benefits of playing on NetBet.

“Using Enteractive fills a gap in our CRM activities, engaging with players more directly in order to provide them with relevant information and top class assistance.

“The personalised approach of calling the players and having a chat with them really works and they seem to appreciate it.”

The campaigns will be run on behalf of NetBet’s Italian brand offerings, and will look to increase player retention and loyalty with Enteractive’s services through an integration of selected player databases. This will enable native-speaking agents to engage directly with players.

Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, added: “Our Italian teams at Enteractive are making a real difference to the bottom line revenues for NetBet in Italy.

“Players have told us that it makes a real difference to have a phone call from a brand, showing they care about player enjoyment and entertainment.”

Earlier this month, Enteractive received Cyber Essentials Plus certification in a move that the provider said highlights credentials as trustworthy and secure when it comes to cyber security.

The accreditation is a UK Government-backed, industry-supported scheme that is designed to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats.
