Videoslots-owned online casino Mr Vegas has been named as an official sponsor of the Snooker 900, a World Senior Snooker event taking place in December.
Signalling the brand’s third sport sponsorship in recent weeks after forming partnerships with EFL club West Bromwich Albion and the Professional Darts Corporation, Mr Vegas’ brand visibility will be enhanced further in the sporting world as it agreed to sponsor the snooker tournament held on December 29 at Epsom Racecourse.
Ulle Skottling, Deputy CEO at Mr Vegas, commented: “Following on from recent deals within football and darts, we are excited to extend Mr Vegas’ outreach into snooker during one of the busiest times of the year.
“The UK is a key territory for us and announcing this trio of sponsorships over the past two months will undoubtedly boost Mr Vegas’ reputation within the sporting world.”
The tournament is set to be broadcast live and exclusively in the UK on Channel 5, with snooker icons taking part in a quick-fire round-robin format. Featuring some of the world’s top players including Stephen Hendry and Jimmy White, the top two players from each group will progress to the knockout stages.
