Read Full BioJesús Franco has now become the sole owner of Spanish gaming company Recreativos Franco following agreement with representatives of his late brother Joaquín Franco.
Joaquín and Jesús Franco co-founded R Franco in 1965. Jesús Franco (pictured) took control of 100 per cent of the business on Friday, July 13, after reaching an agreement with the heirs to his brother’s estate.
The company said in a statement: “The acquisition is the result of the corporate strategy to retain the Group’s leadership in the industry within a globalised gaming world.”
