Oryx Gaming has debuted its realtime tournaments and leaderboards tool as the firm strives to increase player engagement and retention via the offer of a series of competitions.

The Bragg Gaming Group’s new introduction will enable operators to set up slot tournaments across multiple game providers, with a real-time data feed that allows players to track and compare their results with others.

Furthermore, the company asserts that operators can easily set all tournament parameters, including currency, language, game type and number of eligible players, and have the competition up and running “in a few minutes”.

Matevz Mazij, managing director of Oryx Gaming, explained: “Our new realtime tournaments and leaderboards tool is unique in many ways, starting from a real-time data feed, to its easy set-up, without the need for any integration and it effectively enables operators to create exclusive competitive environments where players not only want to win the game that they are playing but also against others. This adds another layer of excitement and offers a great incentive for players to battle to win or return to a game where a tournament is running.

“After successful soft launches with several operators we already see amazing results. Player session times have doubled and we are seeing significant increases in bet size. We are preparing to go live with several great names in the industry in the next few weeks and are very excited to see the results.”

Vowing to take “player engagement to the next level,” the supplier’s product is instantly available to all existing Oryx partners and across all 8,000+ games available on the firm’s Hub aggregator platform.
