As part of Charity Month, AskGamblers has documented where €66,900 raised earlier in the year as part of its ‘Charity Night’ will be donated, with €50,000 to be given to UNICEF to help in the fight against COVID-19.
In January of this year AskGamblers’ partners from the igaming industry all bid for top positions on the entity’s website in a move designed to raise funds for charitable causes.
Alongside the UNICEF donation €11,800 is set to be given to the National Organisation for Rare Diseases of Serbia and €5,100 to Zvoncica, the parent organisation of children with cancer and other rare diseases.
Commenting on the AskGamblers charity night and its result, Nikola Teofilovic VP of AskGamblers , said: “NORBS foundation and “Zvoncica” are the houses the raised money goes to. In the times that are not too bright, the fact we’ve managed to help someone’s life get a bit brighter makes me, and all of us at AskGamblers, feel very grateful”.
He further thanked everyone for understanding the importance of the cause, expressing hope that better times are ahead of us.
