Gaming Innovation Group and Avento have secured an extended partnership that will see the latter maintain provision of an automated marketing compliance tool for a further two years.

The GiG Comply solution enables operators to set-up their own criteria and checklist parameters to scan and check affiliate websites for content, including igaming code red words, links and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

It works by using its rules engine to analyse real snapshots from affiliates’ campaigns, and provides operators with the promotional content that is being used in their brands’ promotions.

GiG Comply will permit the firm to set-up bespoke checklist parameters, which can be tailored to cover market-specific legislation and advertising standards.

This intends to allow Avento to remain proactive and in control of their affiliate marketing by ensuring that affiliates are aligned with their brand, that responsible gaming measures are visible on relevant pages, and terms and conditions are correct and up to date.

Jonas Warrer, CMO at GiG, said: “It makes us very happy to start the new year by re-signing our existing agreement with Avento Group. As new markets continue to regulate, there is an increased need for operators to ensure they comply with the ever-changing regulations in all jurisdictions they operate.

“It makes us very proud to have a young and innovative partner like the Avento group, which values the importance of creating a safer and more sustainable gaming environment and continues to place trust in GiG Comply.

The Malta-based online casino operator group currently boasts the five brands of Frank Casino, Mr Bit, Slot V, Aplay Casino and Drift Casino.

A spokesperson for the Avento Group’s compliance team noted: “We are super delighted to continue our agreement with GiG Comply. This shall continue to ensure our commitment at being a fully compliant company within the industry thanks to GiG Comply. ”
