Ocean Casino Resort will unveil over $85m of developments this summer to improve its customer experience and expand the capabilities of the casino.

The Atlantic City, New Jersey-based casino announced plans including over 460 hotel rooms and suites, a facility named The Gallery Bar Book & Games, and multiple new food and beverage outlets.

The overwhelming majority, $72m, of investment will be spent on Ocean’s New Hotel Rooms and Suites, set to open on July 1. The ‘Contemporary Blu’ rooms will be 463-square-foot and feature inspiration from the coastline, with beach-inspired flooring and wallcoverings.

Expanding the casino’s gaming facilities, $5.2m has been invested into the Gallery Bar Book & Games, which will also open on July 1. Featuring a 100-foot elevated bar and lounge, video poker, blackjack and roulette tables, and 140 feet of LED walls, the gallery will be located in the center of the casino to ‘set the stage for social betting, big game nights, and after-hours experiences’.

Other investments have been made, such as in food and drink facilities including bottled-wine spirits tasting sessions for patrons as well as the opening of the New York Serendipity3 opening on June 1.

Expanding the customer experience, bike rentals will be available for patrons to explore Atlantic City.

“Ocean is committed to providing the best guest experience in Atlantic City,” said Bill Callahan, General Manager for Ocean Casino Resort.

“Between our new hotel product, the addition of The Gallery Bar, Book & Games, and various new food and beverage outlets, there will be more reasons than ever to come to Ocean this summer.”
