Nexiux Solutions has confirmed a partnership with Xtremepush that will enable the former’s clients to fully interact with their players through personalised, real-time messaging.
As a player acquisition and retention specialist, Xtremepush’s customer engagement functionality allows operators to review player’s behaviour with a single customer view.
Harnessing these insights can allow Nexiux to strive for a more personalised user experience via in-platform email, SMS and push notification campaigns.
