White Hat Gaming has promoted both Ed Bullock and Chris Hipkiss to its C-Level ranking, as the company continues to seek growth in global markets.

Bullock has stepped up into the Chief Operating Officer role, whilst Hipkiss has become Chief Delivery Officer of the company.

The appointments come at a time when White Hat is embarking on a geographic growth journey, recently entering its 13th US state to deliver its igaming titles in Kansas.

In his role as COO, Bullock will be charged with leading the efficiency and efficacy of all corporate operations whilst overseeing the growth in new markets and onboarding new clients.

He has worked at White Hat for five years after joining from bet365 in 2017 and boasts over 25 years of technical experience.

Bullock noted on his promotion: “It’s been a wild ride working with White Hat Gaming, especially since we rolled out in the US. There’s a huge amount of potential to build upon now and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into the job during this exciting time.”

Meanwhile, Hipkiss steps up into the CDO role after previously acting as Head of Product and Delivery at White Hat for the last two years.

He added: “As the business has grown so quickly in recent times, it’s become clear that effective delivery is going to be key to our continued success. I’m looking forward to strengthening our abilities in that arena further so we can continue to expand at pace.”

Phil Gelvan, CEO at White Hat Gaming, concluded: “We’re certainly taking some bold strategic steps in a bid to continue the aggressive growth we’ve been enjoying in the US and these appointments are very much part of that plan.

“I believe that Ed and Chris are exactly the people to afford us the agility and precision in our operational and delivery capabilities to achieve this growth.”
