Swedish-based affiliate marketing firm Leadstar Media has strengthened its US offerings by obtaining two licences in the state of Michigan.

Expanding its reach in North America, the approval of both a sports betting and internet gaming supplier licence is said to be a “significant step” for Leadstar Media and allows the firm to legally promote and market online gambling sites to residents in Michigan.

“We are extremely excited about the opportunity to enter the Michigan market,” said Eskil Kvarnström, CEO of Leadstar Media. “This licence will allow us to provide even more value to our partners, and we are confident that this will be positive for our company.”

As part of the firm’s market entry, Leadstar Media will launch its two US flagship products in the Great Lake State – Sportsbooksonline.com and Unitedgamblers.com

“Our team is dedicated to providing the best products for our visitors and in turn helping them to find the right operator.” added Kvarnström. “We have achieved this in other markets and are confident that we can replicate that success in Michigan as well.”

On its efforts moving forward in Michigan, Leadstar expressed its commitment to working with “only the most reputable and trustworthy” online gambling sites, with the firm stating it will continue to adhere to strict ethical guidelines in all of its marketing efforts.

The company went on to note that it believes the obtaining of a Michigan licence is “another step forward” in achieving its goal of being a “leading affiliate marketing company” in the USA with the firm holding licences in all states where “it’s necessary”.
