David Green, a non-executive director and chairman of the ASX-listed Silver Heritage gaming group, has stepped down with immediate effect.

Green leaves his position with the Asia-focused gaming group, which has interests in Nepal and Vietnam, citing personal reasons and a desire to pursue “other business interests”.

In a short statement to the Australian Stock Exchange, Silver Heritage thanked Green “for his considerable efforts,” and announced that Matthew Hunter will take on the role of interim chariman.
