Real-time retention key for Comtrade Gaming

Aleš Gornjec, general manager of Comtrade Gaming

As the Slovenia-based gaming company Comtrade Gaming prepares for ICE in London next month, the technology provider is stressing the importance of creating value through real-time retention strategies, enabled by predictive analytics.

“Our product development is focused on the player and is creating an environment that delivers the best possible responsible player experience on any given channel,” said Aleš Gornjec, general manager of Comtrade Gaming.

In London next month, Comtrade Gaming will present the latest additions to its iCore online gaming platform, which includes real-time responsible gambling notifications and alerts and personalised limit setting.

Predictive analytics assists the operator to plan, launch and personalise individual promotions, communicate specific messages and award their players before, during and after gameplay. Operators can engage the player with additional retention tools, enhance the player’s lifetime value, control their business better and improve efficiency.

Through its gaming machine management platform, sCore, the company deploys real-time data collection from the gaming machines that support GSA’s G2S protocol – all via a single central server.

The real-time revolution continues with Comtrade’s game development team gCore, which will present a new framework – The Game Engine. The framework, which has various features that focus on multi-device support, is created to maximise code reuse, create visually rich content, reduce development and testing time and deploy games across multiple channels.
