Habanero is continuing to take strides on its global expansion strategy, which has recently seen the firm target Latin America, by gearing up to launch its portfolio in Spain
The accreditation allows Habanero to partner with a wealth of Spanish operators as the provider prepares to announce a series of “high-profile deals” in the near future, building on recent link-ups made alongside Salsa Technology and LatamWin.
As a result of the news the slots and table games provider is to take 41 of its igaming titles and promotional tools to the Spanish market following its full certification to the standards set by the country’s regulator, DGOJ.
Aiming to continue its pace of expansion throughout the remainder of the year, further recent partnerships have been inked with operators across Italy, Croatia, the Baltics, Bulgaria, Romania and Portugal.
Arcangelo Lonoce, head of european business development at Habanero, said: “Armed with a premium quality product selection, and with plenty more action-packed titles to follow, Habanero stands ready to stake its claim as a leading provider in the Spanish market.
“With an immersive portfolio comprising some of the industry’s most exciting slots, as well as our market-leading promotional tools, it’s no surprise to see Habanero continue going from strength to strength in Europe, and we’re excited for the year ahead.”
When discussing rapid expansion and the changing role of aggregators last month Lonoce explained: “In terms of expansion, our track record speaks for itself. We’re now live across multiple key markets through numerous commercial agreements with a string of major operators.
“In Europe alone, we’ve signed a wealth of comprehensive partnerships in countries such as Croatia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania and the UK, giving us a strong foundation on which to continue our plans for building our brand across both Europe and Latin America.
“I’m also especially proud of our success in Italy, which is my home market. The country’s regulatory body has now certified 56 of our most popular games which, thanks to a succession of deals with high-profile operators such as SKS 365, Sisal, Eurobet and most recently StarCasinò, are now enjoyed by a multitude of Italian players who are set to be firm fans for years to come.”
