Malta-based online casino operator Casumo has added to its roster of igaming brands after debuting its “first pure Pay n Play product” in Kazoom Casino.

Powered by the platform of fellow Malta-based firm Gaming Innovation Group, Kazoom Casino joins a group of existing brands that includes Casumo, Dunder and recently-acquired CasinoSecret.

The latest move deepens the operator’s link-up with GiG, after the two put pen to paper on a long-term agreement with Mill of Magic, a new subsidiary brand debuted by Casumo and expected to go live later this year.

Kazoomcasino.com, with over 1900 games, including live casino, boasts a straightforward, seamless and fast experience for players. Furthermore, the casino has been designed to offer no-registration and quick withdrawals through a partnership and integration with Trustly.

“To differentiate in a crowded space, we put our focus on building a distinctive and dynamic brand that brings a new energy to the market and stands out from the rest, something we do best,” stated Shelly Suter-Hadad, chief executive officer of Casumo

“Kazoom Casino is an exciting building block in our group’s expansion, bringing to fruition yet another component of our multi-brand strategy.”

Last month, Casumo added further depth to its portfolio after announcing its first M&A agreement in a deal to purchase online casino operator CasinoSecret.

Complementing the group’s growing portfolio within the online gaming space, the acquisition follows an initial purchase of a 40 per cent stake by Casumo at the end of 2019 and is said to represent “the development of a thriving partnership between the two companies”.

Casumo says that the move marks the latest stage of its ongoing growth strategy, which includes a combination of performance and market-driven growth of existing brands, the building and introduction of new brands and products, as well as the addition of valuable assets to its portfolio through acquisition.
