GamCare has awarded Entain with the Advanced Safer Gambling Standard, with the operator emphasising the “critically important area”.

Admiral Casino, Greentube Alderney’s online brand, has been awarded the GamCare safer gambling standard within the UK.

Providing proof of its credentials in protecting users from gambling-related harm, the advanced level two accreditation from the UK gambling charity was achieved following an independent quality assessment of the measures Admiral has implemented to protect its players.

“We are extremely proud of everyone at Admiral Casino, especially the player protection team, who work extremely hard to keep our customers safe and minimise gambling-related harm,” noted Greentube’s Head of UK Compliance, Adam Mason.

A GamCare spokesperson added: “It was clear from the assessment that Greentube Alderney has undertaken a significant amount of work in improving its approach to safer gambling.”

The assessment process included an extensive review of all safer gambling policies and processes, in addition to detailed customer case reviews and key staff interviews.

Looking ahead, Greentube stated that it will continue to “build on the high standard” of safer gambling processes in place and aim to achieve GamCare’s advanced level three accreditation.

Richard Poole, Director of UK Brands at Greentube Alderney, concluded: “We have made significant investment in both people and technology to ensure gambling with Admiral Casino is as safe as possible.

“Achieving this accreditation is confirmation of the improvements we have made and will continue to make in the future.”
