Lightning Box has expanded its partnership with Ruby Seven Studios, adding new titles to its casino games portfolio.

The slot specialist, which is one of Light & Wonder’s in-house studios, will introduce the Lightning Horseman title to the free-to-play social casinos. Another title, Phoenix Coins, will be added to its portfolio in the coming months, with more titles following thereafter.

Lightning Horseman features jackpot wins, the ‘fan favourite’ lightning respin mechanic and a classic horror theme, which has reportedly gained both critical and commercial success since its launch.

Michael Carpenter, CEO of Ruby Seven, said: “Players have come to expect innovative titles when visiting our casinos and this has become key to our success. Adding yet more releases from Lightning Box’s impressive portfolio will aid in delivering on one of our core goals.”

Ruby Seven operates for several US land-based casino groups, including Choctaw Casinos & Resorts, Pechanga Casino Resort, Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, the Delaware North Gaming Group and others.

Carpenter added: “We are excited to be working with the provider in this latest capacity and this is a reflection of our overall growth in recent times as we expand upon existing partnerships.”

The Lightning Horseman title will join other games currently available with Lightning Box, such as Chicken Fox, Silver Lioness 4x and Blown Away.

“It’s been a pleasure to build upon our partnership with Ruby Seven,” added David Little, CPO at Lightning Box.

“We have had a great reception from their players to the current games and being able to grow this portfolio further is testament to our high quality and varied slots catalogue.”
