NuxGame and Optimove have joined forces in an agreement which will see the former attempt to improve its one-to-one marketing capabilities.
The link-up between the duo is said to enhance the ability of NuxGame’s operator catalogue to create “deeper relationships” with players and respond to needs in real time via tailored message and offers across multiple channels.

NuxGame also stated that via utilising Optimove’s personalised AI-mapped customer journey at scale through the CRM Marketing platform’s multichannel hub, it can “maximise retention rates and customer lifetime value”.
Furthermore, Optimove’s solutions provide industry-specific tools to optimise campaigns for brands, including BetMGM, Entain and Bet365.
