Northern Michigan’s Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos has recruited VizExplorer for player development and marketing analysis programs at two of its three gaming properties.
This will see the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians owned and operator group integrate the solution at its Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel and Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge properties.

VizExplorer’s hostVizOps will give the casinos a CRM tool with mobile access to player data, real-time notifications about player activity onsite, and automated task management in a bid to streamline communication with, and development of, guests.
Furthermore, CampaignViz looks to simplify player segmentation, streamline campaign creation and analysis, and automate offer management and optimisation, which aims to help marketers save time and grow the effectiveness of such activities.

Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos’ Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel offers more than 1,000 slot games; 25 table games; Caesars Sportsbook; over 130 guest rooms and suites; and food and beverage outlets.
Leelanau Sands Casino comes complete with 330 slots; table games, such as craps, roulette, 3-card poker, and blackjack; bingo hall; dining, showroom; and over 50 guest rooms and suites.
The third property in the group’s network, Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, showcases nearly 600 guest rooms and 900 acres of entertainment and dining; as well as recreation featuring three championship golf courses, including Jack Nicklaus’ signature course.
