Ontario’s online gambling space has gained a further addition, with BeyondPlay set to enter the North American ecosystem after being granted a B2B licence to offer its products in the region.

Following the receipt of Gambling Commission approval to supply igaming services in the UK earlier in the year, the gaming related supplier licence, issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, covers the group’s multiplayer and jackpot products.

This move is hailed as representing a “further major milestone” for the igaming group, which is aiming to introduce products that transform solo game sessions into multiplayer entertainment experiences.

BeyondPlay’s maiden licence across North America comes ahead of the company debuting its jackpot management software within Ontario during the fourth quarter of the year. In addition to its aforementioned certification, the group has also previously secured MGA and SGA licences.

“We are honoured to be officially registered as a gambling software provider in Ontario by AGCO, a testament to our unwavering dedication to compliance and responsible gaming,” stated Andrii Grygorovych, Head of Compliance at BeyondPlay.

“Having secured multiple European licences in recent months, the Ontario market represents yet another step forward for BeyondPlay, one we intend to follow by entering multiple North American states in the coming year.”
