The game’s scatter symbol comes in the form of a golden viking, which can appear on reels one, three and five. If three scatter symbols land on these reels on the same spin, the progressive free spins feature will be activated, with players given 10 free spins.
Additionally, random prizes can be won throughout the base game when just two scatters appear at once, depending on the reel. Each reel offers seven different levels of prizes, but they are not always paid out when two scatters appear.
Reel one can award between x10 and x5000 the total bet, while reel two can provide between x6 and x2500. Meanwhile, the third reel can offer between x4 and x1500 the player’s wager.
Furthermore, reel four’s prizes range from x3 to x750 the total bet while reel five can offer between x2 and x500 the player’s preferred stake.
During the free spins around, each one of the high value viking symbols is associated with a reel – purple with reel one, green with reel two, blue with reel three, yellow with reel four and pink with reel five – on a pub collector progress bar.
After every free spin, all instances from the screen of each of the symbols are collected on the associated reel.
Every time six of the same symbols are collected on one reel, the lowest prizes from that reel are highlighted. Every time three more symbols are collected, the reel increases by one level in its prizes, until it reaches the top prize at level seven.
Beers next to every symbol are gathered on the pub collector progress bar after every free spin too, adding them to the reel associated with it.
At the end of the free spins round, the symbol that has the most beers next to it rewards the player with the prize level it is currently at. If there is a tie between two or more reels, then the reel with the highest prize available is provided to the player.
