BetMGM is to become the first to benefit after Anaxi, Aristocrat’s real money gaming division, disclosed that the land-based favourite Buffalo collection of slots will be making their way into the digital space.

Beginning with New Jersey online casinos, Anaxi has vowed that the “stampede will continue” across a range of operators that span “more players in more markets” during the coming months.

In addition to BetMGM, the group has inked a range of US-based collaborations in recent times alongside the likes of Caesars, FanDuel and Penn Interactive, which could pave the way for a Buffalo invasion across additional states.

“Bringing a title like Buffalo, one of the most iconic slot machine titles to igaming is so exciting,  our customers and their players can’t wait to play it online” said Cath Burns, Chief Operating Officer of Anaxi.

“We’re on a mission to create gaming’s new frontier and the stampede continuing online is a sign that we’re charging forward with confidence.”

In addition to its US charge, Anaxi has also disclosed that its Buffalo-based expansion will also take on an international feel.

This could also be facilitated by the MGM Resorts and Entain joint venture following its recent announcement that the UK would form the first step in its pursuit of global growth.

Among the games to be made available are the Buffalo titles of Timberwolf, Wicked Winnings II, Sun & Moon, Wild Lepre’coins, Wild Wild Nugget, Wild Wild Samurai and Miss Kitty.

These are now available to play at BetMGM in New Jersey, and the operator plans to launch the game in Pennsylvania and Michigan in the near future.

“BetMGM is honoured to be the first online destination for Buffalo,” noted Matt Prevost, Chief Revenue Officer, BetMGM.

“We are ready to bring the thrill and excitement of Buffalo to our players in New Jersey and additional states this fall. Anaxi captured the fast-paced elements of Buffalo which players love and are now able to experience in the palm of their hands.”
