Push Gaming’s symbol-revealing revelation claims Slot of the Week

Push Gaming’s prolific panda has returned to the reel set, only this time turning to the criminal underworld in the studio’s latest slot, Boss Bear, which offered multiplied cash collections to claim SlotBeats’ latest Slot of the Week award.

Using the developer’s established nudge and reveal feature, Boss Bear showcases a 5×6 reel board, offering 50-paylines with a maximum win of up to x25,000 the player’s stake. The game has high volatility with an RTP range of 94.35 – 96.47 per cent.

Amit Samji, Principle Game Producer at Push Gaming, commented: “Boss Bear evolves many of the core concepts of the multi-award-winning Big Bamboo and presents them in a murky underworld for players to explore.

“Recognisable elements are joined by new mechanics such as the coin drop feature which heightens the excitement for players in both the base game and free spins round.”

Green reveal symbols can appear in clusters of six or fewer, revealing identical symbols at the end of the spins they appear on. These symbols also trigger a nudge & reveal feature.

If the reveal symbols land on three consecutive reels, they will all turn into golden reveal symbols that guarantee a special coin feature, spinning through different prizes including multiplied bet amounts, multipliers, collectors and more.

With the game’s nudge & reveal feature, each reveal symbol that drops into play will stay on the board on subsequent spins, nudging down one row with each spin while revealing different symbols on each spin.

When turning into gold reveal symbols, these can reveal multiplied bet amount coins with prizes ranging from x1 to x1,000 the player’s bet.

If one of the gold reveal symbols reveals a collector, then all multiplied bet amounts revealed by other sharks will be collected and applied to the player’s payout before all reveal symbols spin through new prizes again.

The gold reveal symbols can also reveal multipliers, between x2 and x10, that will be applied to all multiplied bet amounts available across the reels.

Nudge compass symbols can be revealed by the golden reveal symbols, causing the reveal symbols to nudge down to cover the full column that the compass landed in.

Landing three or more bonus text scatters on the same spin will activate the free spins feature, with seven, eight or nine free spins offered for three, four or five scatters on the same spin, respectively.

In the free spins feature, landing scatter symbols can cause low value symbols to be converted into reveal symbols each time they appear on the board.

Players need four scatters in one game mode to cause each low value symbol to be converted. This can occur up to four times to impact all low value symbols.

If players land four scatters to trigger the free spins then two low value symbols will already be converted as the feature begins, while landing five scatters will cause the game mode to begin with all four converted symbols.

Finally, wild samurai swords can also drop into play, substituting for all symbols other than reveal symbols, bonus scatters and coin symbols revealed by the gold reveal symbols.

Landing two, three, four or five wilds in a winning combination can provide wins of x0.5, x2, x10 or x100 the player’s bet respectively.
