FanDuel boosts casino brand with BeyondPlay acquisition


FanDuel has confirmed the acquisition of BeyondPlay as it looks to enhance the content offered via its igaming brand, FanDuel Casino

Via the acquisition, FanDuel will leverage BeyondPlay’s B2B igaming solutions, offering customisable jackpot campaigns via the Jackpot Management System and creating multiplayer casino game sessions with the Multiplayer Software tool.

The M&A action comes as FanDuel continues to bolster its igaming offering facing the US, a market in which it has gained a market share of 26 per cent in Q4 2023, an increase of five per cent on Q4 2022.
