JACK Entertainment has selected Konami Gaming’s SYNKROS casino management system to power its casinos across its portfolio.
SYNKROS will allow the Ohio-based operator’s guests to claim clubJACK loyalty rewards – including specialised offers, awards, and bonus events updated in real-time – at any JACK Entertainment gaming location.

SYNKROS creates, automates, deploys and tracks targeted player rewards and offers, including drawings and tournament events delivered digitally to players directly at their game machine.
JACK Entertainment’s portfolio includes more than 2,600 gaming machines and 85 table games across JACK Cleveland Casino in downtown Cleveland and at JACK Thistledown Racino, located approximately 10 miles to the southeast.
