Ahead of exhibiting at SBC Summit in Lisbon between 24-26 September, Galaxsys CEO Hayk Sargsyan chats to CasinoBeats about the successes of 2024 so far in which the firm has launched new games and secured licences to grow geographically.

Sargsyan also hints at what attendees in Lisbon can expect from Galaxsys’ stand at the FIL and what is in store for the supplier in the rest of 2024 and beyond.

CasinoBeats: Galaxsys has enjoyed a fruitful year in expanding to new markets, most notably Sweden. How crucial is it for you to expand, and what are your plans for these new markets?

Hayk Sargsyan: 2024 has been an incredible year so far, and getting certifications in new countries has been a reward for our hard work. We kicked off the year with our partnerships in many important markets and regions, including Belgium and Latin America, with Brazil as a key focus. These partnerships serve to extend our reach in these markets, which are both new and important.

More recently, we have received certifications for Peru and, as mentioned, in Sweden. These certifications allow us to legally offer our products in these new and exciting markets. Our expansion is proof that we offer secure products that can comply with strict regulations while offering experiences that players love to engage with.

These countries’ regulators trust us to create highly secure games that players can enjoy. Galaxsys keeps working to comply with their requirements, but also innovates to provide the best experience possible using the latest technologies. Our aim is to offer the best experience to our partners and their players while making our industry a safe space for them. I believe that this is the way for Galaxsys to become a brand name synonymous with quality for all partners, and that process has already begun.

CB: It isn’t just your geographical presence that has grown this year. Galaxsys has enjoyed a 2024 defined by growing the Partner Management team. Why has this been a key focus, and what improvements will this make to your relationship with partners?

HS: We’re constantly working on growing our partner network and expanding our team to ensure we can meet their needs. We strive to provide the best support possible and rapidly address any demand from our partners, since each partnership is highly regarded and valued. We’re committed to delivering the assistance they require and going the extra mile. Satisfaction is our top priority when it comes to our partners.

For all these reasons, it’s essential to praise our Partner Management and Sales Team’s work since the company’s launch. These partnerships strengthen everyone involved. We get to introduce these games to a broader audience and show our dev team’s talent. Therefore, it’s a win-win situation, elevating both parties while providing players with innovative forms of entertainment.

We’ve recently partnered with 10Bet, Mozzart Bet, Salsa Technology, Dafabet, and Infingame. I don’t think these brands really need to be introduced, as they’ve been cornerstones of the industry in their respective locations. Needless to say, we’re all proud to have the opportunity to work with such high-profile brands. It’s an undeniable sign of the quality of our games.

In the future, we want to strengthen our bonds with these trustworthy partners and create ecosystems where our games aren’t just part of a portfolio. Gamification is the future of igaming, and we firmly believe that we can create new experiences that will redefine what a casino game is.

CB: Ahead of the SBC Summit in September, could you outline some of the key titles that you will be exhibiting and outline the importance of some of these games to your strategy?

HS: Since we’ll meet current and potential partners, our selection will include the games that have proven their worth. Yet, it doesn’t mean that we’re forgetting about novelty. We know that our presentations are expected because of our track record, but revealing everything here would spoil the surprise.

Our main focus will be Ninja Crash. This game has proven to be very popular with players, and it earned the title of “Most Played Game of 2024” at SiGMA Americas. We know we’ve created something unique here with its captivating theme and innovative game design.

However, we have other titles getting some attention, like Dr. Shocker, and Hamster Mania. Dr. Shocker has a unique theme and strong design that immediately appeals to anyone who lays eyes on it, and the game’s electrifying gameplay makes it a thrilling experience.

As for Hamster Mania, it has generated significant buzz over the past couple of months. The game is incredibly easy to play, as players simply place their bets with a tap on the hamster. Its unique gameplay and advanced features make it truly stand out. As we expand its integration across our broad network of partners, Hamster Mania is quickly becoming a favourite among players.

Therefore, all I can say for now is, “Come and see for yourself!” I’m sure that what we have to show will light up your eyes, and you’ll be able to ask all your questions on the spot at stand #C311.

CB: On the theme of the SBC Summit, what can attendees expect from the Galaxsys stand?

It’s all about games! In all seriousness, we’ll be presenting our top games with insights on how they performed and what they can bring to potential partners. We also have a few surprises. We’re constantly working to improve our games, and the SBC Summit is always an incredible opportunity to have neutral reactions and see if we’re headed in the right direction, so there’ll be some exclusive titles presented.

We’ll also present some of our most advanced promotional tools yet. These tools integrate seamlessly with our games, providing operators with a competitive advantage by making the games more engaging and entertaining. Finally, our recent licences will allow us to offer tailored solutions in every market in which we offer our games and to help operators occupying several markets.

CB: How important is it for Galaxsys to ‘be seen’ at trade shows, and what is the thought process behind your stand at SBC Summit?

It’s no secret that igaming is, by nature, digital, and a lot of connections are usually made online, especially with companies having global operations with international partners like ours. The best businessmen will tell you this: Nothing helps build a partnership like human contact. Therefore, we value the face-to-face time we get with partners during what is one of the most important events of the year, and we wouldn’t miss it for the world.

We’ve been nominated for two categories this year for Mobile Innovation and Rising Star in Casino Software Innovation at the SBC Awards. It’s something we’re immensely proud of, and it will surely bring more partners with interesting projects to meet us there.

It’s a unique opportunity to meet like-minded people and discuss what really matters to them and why our games studio interests them. The SBC Summit has a unique atmosphere, and it’s hard to describe the warmth every interaction can bring. We immediately know when we meet someone who has a genuine interest in our games and cares about players like we do.

CB: Galaxsys has signed partnership agreements with big names such as, PokerStars and 10bet this year – what is the key to penning such deals, and how has Galaxsys positioned itself as a partner of choice for big operators?

There’s a reason the companies cited are big names, and it’s probably the secret of their longevity: they know how to recognise potential. These brands have over 20 years of service. They’ve seen the first online games appear, they’ve seen crypto sprout, and they witnessed other brands rise and fall.

This kind of experience grants them awareness few businesses have. Therefore, we believe they know how to spot products that their players will enjoy, and they can determine the potential of the company behind it.

For each partnership, the process differs, and it’s not really possible to give a method. However, we can say that we always stay true to our core values, and these values resonate with them. We currently have over 150 partners worldwide. These partners come to us for our unique portfolio, over 170 supported currencies, our games’ seamless integration, and flexible customisation options. We also provide account management support, and in-house promotional tools which make our partners’ life easier.

We have the player at the centre of our creation process because we know what it is to be a player, to be scared to play sometimes because it doesn’t look safe. These companies know it, too. Like us, they count players among their ranks. Penning the deal is then only a matter of time until they hear about us and our outstanding reputation.

CB: What can readers expect from Galaxsys throughout the remainder of 2024 and heading into 2025?

Even though we’re nearing the end of 2024, we still have plenty to show to our partners and players. We recommend paying close attention to what we’ll be uncovering during the SBC Summit and SiGMA, the next event we’ll attend.

We already have plans for 2025 and beyond, and it’s not only about presenting new games. I can give you a scoop and let you know that we’re currently working on our slot games. It’s a new challenge for our teams and everyone’s excited to see how it’ll all turn out.

In any case, we strive to innovate, and we plan to use the most promising technologies to improve immersion, gameplay, and anything that can engage the player.
