BetConstruct looks to support player retention within its partners offerings by launching Last Battle, a rewards-based loyalty system.

The new loyalty system will aim to “transform player engagement and retention” for operators affiliated with BetConstruct by allowing complete control over loyalty incentives and reward structures.

Players with access to BetConstruct partners utilising the Last Battle programme will be able to earn experience points (XP) for completing actions like account verification and wagering.

Accumulating XP will see players able to unlock loyalty reward cards, offering incentives customised by the operator implementing Last Battle into their platform.

To accommodate the varying sizes of brands it will offer the loyalty scheme to, BetConstruct has confirmed that Last Battle will run as two distinct editions that cater to either entry-level or advanced partners.

More suited to entry-level partners, the first Last Battle model is named ‘Ready-to-Go’ and implements a predefined loyalty tree with a fixed cost-per-player. The next model, named ‘Hero’, integrates directly with clients’ CRMs.

The latter offering also allows operators to assign specific rewards to different player groups, enabling players to trade, gift or sell their loyalty cards, all while being able to tailor every aspect of the engagement process.

The igaming supplier stated that “more details and updates” regarding Last Battle are yet to be announced, but the tool is currently available on the BetConstruct platform.
