Chances are decent that your favorite NFL team has already been eliminated from the playoffs. It’s just Week 16, and 13 teams are already looking ahead to next season.

Even if the Cowboys (6-7-1) find a way to beat the Chargers on Sunday, NFL.com gives Dallas just a 2% chance to make the postseason. With nearly half of the NFL’s 32 teams eliminated, this week’s slate is littered with meaningless games.

But Week 16 kicks off with a banger, as the Rams (11-13) roll into Seattle to face the Seahawks (11-3) in a battle for NFC West supremacy. Keep in mind that we have two games on Saturday. All odds are via DraftKings.

NFL Week 16 Best Bets

Rams vs. Seahawks (-1.5, 42.5)

These teams share many similarities. The Rams and Seahawks are both 8-1 SU and 7-2 ATS in their last nine games. Los Angeles won the first meeting between the two teams, 21-19. That was in the cozy confines of SoFi Stadium, which had its roof closed.

There’s a solid chance of rain in Seattle tonight, but winds of up to 20 mph could prove even more problematic for Matthew Stafford and LA’s vaunted passing attack. We’re taking the more weather-tested team to bounce off a lackluster 18-16 win over the Colts and geriatric QB Philip Rivers last week.

Pick: Seahawks -1.5

Eagles (-6.5, 44.5) vs. Commanders

This game kicks off at 5 p.m. ET on Saturday. Philadelphia has been confounding this season, as it looks to repeat as Super Bowl champs. One thing has been certain lately. If you’ve played the UNDER in Philly’s last six games, you’ve cashed six winning tickets. Make it seven.

Pick: Under 44.5

Packers vs. Bears (-1.5, 46.5)

Saturday’s nightcap starts at 8 p.m. ET, and features another game with massive playoff implications. Chicago (10-4) leads the NFC North by a half-game over Green Bay (9-4-1).

Two weeks ago, the Packers beat the Bears 28-21 at Lambeau. However, injuries have decimated Green Bay since then. All-world DE Micah Parsons (knee) is out for the season, WR Christian Watson (chest, shoulder) is questionable, and RB Josh Jacobs is taking his knee injury day to day.

Pick: Bears -1.5

Bills (-10.5, 41.5) vs. Browns

Will Myles Garrett set the single-season sack record on Sunday? He leads the league with 21.5 sacks this season and needs just 1.5 more to leapfrog Michael Strahan and T.J. Watt, who both recorded 22.5 in a single season. As for the game itself, Cleveland is offensively challenged under rookie QB Shedeur Sanders.

Pick: Under 41.5

Bucs (-3, 45.5) vs. Panthers

The Bucs are coming off a 29-28 loss to the Falcons, which cashed us a winning ticket last week. Tampa Bay (7-7) and Carolina (7-7) play twice in the last three weeks of the season to decide the NFC South champion. The Panthers aren’t accustomed to playing meaningful games this time of year, but we can’t resist taking the points at home. Full disclosure: This was written by a long-suffering Carolina fan drunk on hope.

Pick: Panthers +3

Chargers vs. Cowboys (-2.5, 49.5)

Dallas consistently underperforms relative to the hype that surrounds the Cowboys. Los Angeles is playing its best ball as of late, going 6-1 SU in its last seven and 4-1 ATS in its last five. Dallas has dropped two straight games and reached playoff peril. Make it three strikes, and they’re out.

Pick: Chargers +2.5

Vikings (-3, 43.5) vs. Giants

The Giants (2-12) have lost eight consecutive games. But Minnesota quarterback J.J. McCarthy doesn’t instill much confidence. He’s managed to make Justin Jefferson, arguably the league’s best wide receiver entering the season, an afterthought.

Jefferson has had just two catches in his last three games and two TDs all season. With Brian Burns and Abdul Carter applying pressure, expect McCarthy to struggle.

Pick: Giants +3

Bengals (-4.5, 47.5) vs. Dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa was benched in Miami this week, and rookie QB Quinn Ewers will get the start. Joe Burrow appears to be playing out the string in Cincinnati. What looked like a key game early in the season has been rendered meaningless, as both teams are now out of playoff contention.

Pick: Dolphins +4.5

Chiefs (-3, 37.5) vs. Titans

Patrick Mahomes suffered a season-ending knee injury in last week’s loss to the Chargers, which knocked the Chiefs out of the playoffs. That might have pleased those who grew tired of seeing Taylor Swift at every KC playoff game in recent memory.

The Titans are, simply put, the worst team in the NFL. Another game that means absolutely nothing, unless you’re betting on it.

Jets vs. Saints (-5.5, 40.5)

Nothing to see here. Move along. We wouldn’t bet this game with your money.

Pick: Under 40.5

Jags vs. Broncos (-3, 47.5)

One of the NFL’s feel-good stories is Jacksonville, which leads the AFC South with a 10-4 record. The Broncos are one of two teams to have clinched a playoff spot, along with the Rams. Denver is riding a 10-game winning streak. The Broncos have also won 12 consecutive home games.

Pick: Broncos -3

Falcons (-3, 48.5) vs. Cardinals

Kirk Cousins vs. Jacoby Brissett. How’s that for an appealing QB matchup? Only Atlanta and Arizona fans, friends, and family should be watching this game.

Pick: Cardinals +3

Steelers at Lions (-7, 52.5)

This is the biggest total on the board. Both teams are still in the playoff hunt, but the Lions have been ravaged by injuries lately. Detroit should win outright, but we’ll take the points with Aaron Rodgers & Co.

Pick: Steelers +7

Raiders vs. Texans (14.5, 37.5)

I was in Las Vegas last week, and somehow managed to break even. Looking out the hotel window, Allegiant Stadium appeared so close, and yet so far from me wanting to go and see the Raiders play anytime soon.

Pick: Under 37.5

Patriots vs. Ravens (-3, 48.5)

The Ravens (7-7) still have a puncher’s chance to win the AFC North, with the Steelers (8-6) only a game ahead of them. Baltimore badly needs to win this game before meeting the Steelers again in the season finale. Expect Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry, and Zay Flowers to shine in primetime on Sunday Night Football.

Pick: Ravens -3

49ers (-6, 46.5) vs. Colts

Philip Rivers is expected to get another start on Monday Night Football. Rivers, 44, went 18-of-27 for 120 passing yards along with a TD and a pick against Seattle. It marked the first time he’d played in five years.

Rivers helped the Colts cover against the Seahawks, and don’t be surprised if he does similarly against the 49ers. Handing the ball off to Jonathan Taylor, who leads the NFL with 1,443 rushing yards and 18 TDs, makes his job much easier.

Pick: Colts +6
