The PGA Tour season rolls on with the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines in California this week.

After Scottie Scheffler ho-hummed his way to a victory in last week’s American Express, a stellar field sans Scheffler will compete in the season’s biggest event to date. This week also marks the official return of Brooks Koepka to the PGA Tour after he separated from LIV Golf.

We’re eyeing three players with solid course histories at Torrey Pines, hoping to cash our first outright win ticket of the year. Let’s get to Farmers Insurance odds, predictions, and picks now.

Best Bet on Favorite to Win Farmers Insurance Open

Ludvig Aberg (+1700)

It was all just a case of history repeating itself last week when Ludvig Aberg withdrew from the American Express due to an illness. The same thing happened at Torrey Pines last season after the Swede shredded the North Course with a 63 to take the lead after the opening round.

Aberg got his revenge a little more than two weeks later by winning The Genesis Invitational…at Torrey Pines. California’s wildfires prevented the event from being held at the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades.

Aberg’s an absolute horse for this course, and here’s hoping he stays healthy through Sunday’s final round. We’re also getting better odds on Aberg after he was +1100 here last year.

Best Bet on Sleeper Pick to Win Farmers Insurance Open

Adam Scott (+4500)

Adam Scott‘s enjoyed a solid start to the 2026 campaign with three top-25 finishes in four starts. While he hasn’t competed in the Farmers Insurance Open since 2021, he took home a T-10 in that event.

The 45-year-old Australian remains an elite ball striker. The driver is important on the longer layouts here (North and South courses), and Scott also ranks 14th among all Tour players in Strokes Gained: Off-the-Tee with an average of 0.862 this season.

Best Bet on Longshot to Win Farmers Insurance Open

Tony Finau (+17000)

OK, Tony Finau‘s recent form is garbage, but he has a proven track record at Torrey Pines. Finau has fashioned seven top-10s and nine top-25s here. Zooming in on the numbers, Finau has posted a runner-up finish, two top-fives, and six top-10s.

It’s unlikely that he gets that elusive win this week, given his current struggles. But sometimes you just see a number that can’t be passed up, as is the case here.

Finau is +1000 to nab another top-10 at DraftKings, which is also worthy of consideration. Look for books that offer top-20 markets and beyond, too.
