With only two events remaining before the PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup Playoffs begin, all eyes will be on this week’s Rocket Classic at Detroit Golf Club.

Young has to be itching to get back on the golf course after finding a way to lose the Open Championship on his final hole. Insult to injury, he had to wait two hours before Ryan Fox made a birdie putt on No. 18 to steal away what would have been Young’s first-ever major.
Young has produced his finest season on tour, with victories in The Players Championship and Cadillac Championship. His T-3 at The Masters and solo second at the British Open were both impressive despite ending in disappointment.
Young is third in the FedEx Cup point standings, and he can swing freely this week at Detroit Golf Club. We’ll take these double-digit odds and hope the cream rises to the top.

Akshay Bhatia is a wildcard after winning this year’s Arnold Palmer Invitational and finishing runner-up here back in 2024.
Bhatia recently finished T-5 at the Travelers Championship before missing the cut at the Open Championship. Let’s consider that a link-course aberration. The smooth-swing lefty gets back to a scoring-friendly layout at Detroit Golf Club.
He finished -17 under par a couple of years ago here and missed out on the playoff by a stroke. If Bhatia gets off to a fast start, which is crucial in this event, he’ll have a decent shot of landing his fourth career PGA Tour win.
