Betting on Sports Week, of which the inaugural CasinoBeats Summit formed an integral part, drew to a close last night with a party in the iconic Hintze Hall of the Natural History Museum in Kensington, London.
Beneath the stunning and gigantic blue-whale skeleton, partygoers enjoyed a networking evening like no other.
The highlight of the evening were the Sports Betting Hall of Fame awards, presented on the hall’s great staircase by television presenter Kirsty Gallacher.
The event closed the biggest Betting on Sports event to date, welcoming more than 2,000 visitors to Olympia, which was also home to ESI London and the very first CasinoBeats Summit.
Stewart Darkin, editor of CasinoBeats and organiser of the Summit, said: “For many, this evening will have been an unforgettable experience.
“For the CasinoBeats team, such a memorable end to Betting on Sports Week has added significance given that it was the first ever staging of the CasinoBeats Summit,” he said.
“The support of the event, from speakers, moderators and delegates, as well as the whole SBC family, has been outstanding and I want to thank everyone who contributed.
“We are already planning the 2019 CasinoBeats Summit and we could not have hoped for a better foundation.”
