Fast Track, the igaming technology and service provider, has unveiled a new partnership with online operator Cashmio Casino, who is to receive its customer relationship management tool.

This marks the first agreement under which Fast Track has licensed out its CRM software, which forms part of the management and technology services it provides to the likes of Metal Casino, Ikibu and Casino Calzone.

Simon Lidzen, CEO of Fast Track, said of the agreement: “Cashmio has been a strategic partner for us, providing us with great insight in how we can provide FT CRM as a standalone product.

“Cashmio’s vision is clear; they wanted an efficient tool, with real time marketing capabilities and to remove the ad hoc requirements to drag lists and administrate multiple systems.

“This is how future operations are run, and this is what our tool is built for.”

Fast Track CRM allows online casino operators the ability to manage, automate and analyse each aspect of a players journey “in one place and all in real time,” with the firm stating the tool has been built for efficiency, as well as to ensure users are able to focus on “what really matters to them”.

“When searching for a CRM solution, we struggled to find the right product that matched our requirements as a brand,” added Cashmio CEO Maria Boelius.

“But after speaking with the team at Fast Track, it was clear the Fast Track CRM was the tool for us to achieve our objectives.”

Fast Track only recently made its CRM tool available in an attempt to “further simplify the online casino business,” in addition to promising “ the industry a new way of working”.

Lidzen added: “It was clear to me from day one, in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience, we first needed to fix the fundamental problems in how CRM is managed – manual ad hoc processes and moving lists between different systems are not scalable. Additionally, we needed a tool which fits our work process.

“We built this tool for our partners in lack of other options, it is completely designed for the igaming work process and solves real problems in day-to-day operations.”
