Casino content developer Betsoft Gaming is continuing its strategic drive into regulated markets as the firm passes an ISMS audit to take its games suite to Colombia.

Lauded as “another milestone in Betsoft’s expansion” across Latin America over the last year, regulator approval ensures that the company can take its ever growing portfolio to players across the region.

The ISMS audit focuses on extensively monitoring all internal controls to ensure that the business is sensibly protecting the confidentiality, availability and integrity of their games from threats and vulnerabilities.

The rigorous certification process is conducted by iTech Lab, an accredited testing lab for online gaming worldwide, and confirms that the Colombian jurisdiction will allow Betsoft titles to be used by locally licensed operators.

In a media release it was stated that “iTech Labs have been at the forefront of the development of internet gaming standards, which are now used by regulators worldwide”.

Annamaria Anastasi, marketing director of Betsoft Gaming, commented: “As a rapidly growing market within Latin America, Betsoft have moved quickly to secure this certification and approval of games within Columbia.

“We are proud to have completed such a rigorous process via iTech Labs. This certification allows us to build on our regulatory foothold within Columbia, and further serve our partners within this region.”
