Carrying out upgrades to the sound characteristics for its flagship games is key to making the experience as enjoyable as possible for players, explained TVBET CEO Peter Korpusenko.

This week, TVBET confirmed that it had upgraded the sound design of FruitRace, one of its core games – with the tweaks forming part of its global UI/UX product improvement strategy.

“We always strive to make the product as pleasant as possible for the end-user,” explained Korpusenko. “Spot updates of existing products are concomitant to the comprehensive development of the company and our further plans for the release of new TV games.”

In the previous edition, lottery balls would fly out silently before beating against the lottery drum wall and making a loud noise.

However, the revamped sound characteristics mean that the ‘unpleasant launch noise’ has been removed. Meanwhile, sound has been added to the start of the ball rotation and at the point in which they line up against the image comparison panel, where the results are determined.

TVBET noted that the overall musical score has also undergone vast improvements – with changes made to ensure that any music does not distract the player from the game itself.

The streaming games provider believes that ‘watching the game and placing bets has simply become a much more pleasant all-round experience’.

FruitRace was launched back in 2020, combining the concepts of traditional racing and lottery. During the game, there is one betting option: the number of colour matches. Players must match four or more colours to win the game.

It is the latest of TVBET’s games to undergo UX analysis after the likes of JokerBet – for which the appearance of the studio was revamped – and WheelBet – where speeds were enhanced.

To help drive engagement among players, TVBET explained that it will continue to carry out changes and updates to its products within the coming weeks.
