PointsBet has followed up its sports betting launch in Pennsylvania earlier in the year by debuting its online casino product in the Keystone State.

In accordance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board requirements, PointsBet’s casino product is currently available in a soft launch environment and will see users have access to games from the likes of International Game Technology and Evolution.

In January, PointsBet’s wholly owned subsidiary PointsBet Pennsylvania was awarded sports wagering and interactive gaming operator licences by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. The company’s mobile app and digital sports betting product debuted in the state in February.

After making its first appearance in Michigan during May of 2021, the PointsBet igaming product has followed up with similar such launches across New Jersey and West Virginia

Furthermore, the group also currently operates its sports betting product in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

“Just a few short months after launching PointsBet in the state, we’re excited to now be able to introduce the Pennsylvania market to our innovative online casino product,” noted Aaron O’Sullivan, Pointsbet’s VP of Online Casino Revenue.

“At PointsBet, we pride ourselves with our ability to not only deliver our users with the best-in-class sports betting product but the best-in-class casino content as well – creating a holistic PointsBet user experience.”

Earlier in the week, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment named PointsBet Canada as an official sports betting partner of its wave of sporting franchises in a multi-year deal.
