Smartico.ai to integrate automation and gamification on 888AFRICA

Gamification and real time CRM automation solutions provider Smartico.ai has confirmed the formation of a new partnership with 888AFRICA. Under the terms of the collaboration, it will integrate its CRM automation and gamification solution on to the operator’s consumer brand, 888bet. 

In combination with CRM automation capabilities, Smartico.ai said in a statement that it will “aim to take 888bet to new levels of efficiency”. The firm offers what it describes as a “gamified journey”, in which players are offered incentives that keep them motivated to become better players and win big.

Founded in March 2022, 888AFRICA licenses 888 Holdings’ betting and gaming brands with an ambition to expand across Africa’s regulated online markets. It is currently live for players in Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique and Zambia.

Operated via a third-party technology platform, 888bet combines the 888 brand with locally relevant products, features and content, and is available in Swahili, English and Portuguese.
