Markor Technology has opened up “a lot of new doors for our business” after disclosing “another big stride” in the group’s global expansion plans after gaining approval to operate within Ontario.
This comes after the igaming aggregation and tech solutions provider completed platform certification under full compliance with the relevant standards and requirements from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
As a result of being registered as a gaming related supplier, Markor is cleared to supply Ontario approved online casino entities with access to its catalogue of slots, table games and live dealer offerings.
Furthermore, the company is also able to supply its multi-vertical and multi-licensed PAM service in the regulated Ontario market, adding to approvals already gained in Malta, Gibraltar, the United Kingdom and Spain.
Melissa Summerfield, Chief Executive Officer at Markor Technology, commented: “The acquisition of proper licensing and certification has always been at the very heart of Markor Technology’s long-term expansion plans, so we’re obviously delighted to have been granted approval from AGCO to offer both our content aggregation platform and PAM services to all locally-licensed casino operators in Ontario.
“Being formally registered as a gaming related supplier with AGCO will open up a lot of new doors for our business and allow us to connect with new partners in the rapidly expanding Ontario market.
“We’re very much looking forward to helping operators in the province further enhance their operations and bolster the range of high-quality casino content that they’re able to offer to players.”
Looking at the 12 month period that lies ahead, Markor has stressed a desire “to increase its presence on the global stage,” with Portugal, Sweden and Romania all included in the certification roadmap for 2023.
