Stakelogic has extended the list of igaming developers entering the Swedish market after securing a supplier licence from Swedish regulator Spelinspektionen.

Through this move, Stakelogic will continue to offer its igaming content to online casino operators within the Scandinavian nation, including games from its live casino arm Stakelogic Live.

Stephan van den Oetelaar, CEO at Stakelogic, stated: “Sweden is an important market for us, and we are thrilled to be among the first to secure a supplier licence for both Stakelogic and Stakelogic Live.

“Our games have really hit the mark with players in Sweden, and securing approval from the regulator means that we can continue to offer our slots and live content to operators and their players once the expected regulatory change comes into force.”

Stakelogic is among the first suppliers to be granted a Swedish permit ahead of the nation’s expected change to regulations, set to come into force later this year.

These regulatory changes will see that all brands wishing to provide online casino products are permitted to do so by the Swedish Gaming Authority.

Upon receiving the licence, Stakelogic will offer operators its range of classic slot titles, including Multi6Player, Big Runner Deluxe and Multi4Player, alongside more modern video slots like Cash Express, Wild Buzz, El Cowboy Megaway and Devil’s Trap.

Additionally, live casino content from its Stakelogic Live counterpart has also been approved, allowing the nation’s operators continued access to Stakelogic-designed live casino games such as American Blackjack, European Roulette and live game show Runner Runner Roulette 5000X.

Oetelaar added: “We are super focused on regulated markets, so securing this approval has been a priority for us and we are delighted to be among the first round of providers to have been given the green light by the regulator.”

This move continues a busy period of European expansion for the supplier, following a recent deal that saw Stakelogic bolster its Dutch presence via a content partnership with OneCasino
