Gila River Resorts & Casinos have opened a new sportsbook at the Santan Mountain Casino in Arizona in partnership with BetMGM.
The new BetMGM sports betting location is described as the largest casino sportsbook in the Grand Canyon State at 7,000 square feet.
The sportsbook features eight self-service betting kiosks, four betting windows, a 130-foot LED screen and a DJ booth, as well as individual and booth seating.
BetMGM is now partnered with Gila River in four of the company’s casinos, with the other three sportsbooks at Vee Quiva, Wild Horse Pass and Lone Butte.

The Santan Mountain Casino has 33,000 square feet of gaming floor with 813 slot machines powered by IGT and 25 table games alongside the BetMGM sportsbook.
The casino also features floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor gardens, event space and new food concepts, including Mein Dish, Upper Deck Deli and the Honey & Vine, which will have an outdoor patio, coffee bar, all-day food service and a live DJ on special occasions.
Revenue from Santan Mountain will directly fund infrastructure, education and public safety for the Gila River Indian Community, with additional income distributed throughout the state for the Arizona Tribal State Gaming Compact to support local cities, towns and counties.
