Betsson has moved to significantly boost its presence in the Italian market through a new collaboration with Scudetto winners Inter Milan

The deal will see the operator’s infotainment brand, Betsson Sport, become the front-of-shirt sponsor for the 20-time Serie A champions as the club embarks on the new campaign and look to retain its 2023/24 crown. 

“This sponsorship is the biggest to date for Betsson,” stated Jesper Svensson, CEO of Betsson Operations. “It allows us to connect with passionate football fans in Italy and around the world.

This deal reinforces our strategic growth in key markets and underscores our commitment to positioning Betsson as a leading global sports brand within the industry.”

Infotainment partnerships between bookmakers and football clubs are not prohibited in Italy, where the region’s framework doesn’t allow for direct marketing agreements between betting brands and sports organisations are prohibited in law.
