EveryMatrix aims to “strengthen the bond” between players and operators with the launch of its LoyaltyEngine, a cross-vertical loyalty toolset.
The supplier’s new toolkit will be available for brands operating on any gaming vertical and will arm brands with tools to incentivise and motivate players with redeemable rewards, such as experience points and in-game currencies or coins.
LoyaltyEngine’s solutions are designed to allow operators to “easily” configure levels and set earnings rules for providing players with loyalty rewards.
Gamification has been placed at the forefront of the toolset as players will be incentivised to unlock rewards through clear progression paths with advanced algorithms.
Stian Enger Pettersen, CEO Casino, EveryMatrix, stated: “LoyaltyEngine will have an instant EveryMatrix effect on our customers’ brands, strengthening the relationship they have with their players by offering richer experiences through gamification and personalised rewards, while equally benefiting operators with seamless integration and real-time data insights and reporting.”
Players with access to an online casino platform leveraging the LoyaltyEngine toolkit will be able to unlock and redeem personalised rewards using a shop-based system, through which they can earn bespoke bonuses, tailored promotions and exclusive VIP perks, including branded merchandise and goods.
The toolkit has been developed to “seamlessly integrate” with EveryMatrix’s over 30,500 games and 330 studio partners, providing operators with access to said games with real-time player behaviour analytics and insights.
Pettersen added: “For many years EveryMatrix has pioneered cross-vertical bonusing, loyalty and gamification tools developed to empower our customers and enhance player experiences.
“LoyaltyEngine will continue this proud tradition by offering a premium loyalty solution with clear progression paths and enticing rewards leading to significant benefits for our customers and their players.”
EveryMatrix recently announced an acquisitional move to purchase Swedish slot developer Fantasma Games. While this move awaits approval, it would see the igaming provider significantly boost its in-house content production.
