Ocean Resort to launch NJ real-money gaming ‘in H1’

The Atlantic City-based Ocean Resort Casino is to launch real-money gaming in the US state of New Jersey in the first half of the year.

The move is the result of the multi-year agreement Ocean Walk, owner-operator of Ocean Resort, signed with GAN in late 2017. Ocean would be the second real-money gaming offering powered by GAN in New Jersey, which already runs an online casino for Betfair in the state.

Ocean Resort, formally the Glen Straub-owned Revel Casino, applied for a land-based casino licence for the property – a prerequisite of any application for a real-money online gaming licence – in December.
